VECOTORAMA ARC
In 2024, I worked at Vectorama in communications. My tasks included promoting and marketing the event through social media, together with my team. My team members were Ville-Veikko Salmi, Ukko Puhakka, Kasper Määttä, Fruiti Ehigiator, and Lotta Pietola.
PRE-PRODUCTION WORK: During pre-production, I was involved in planning and filming videos. I mostly handled the lighting and camera work. We filmed informational and promotional videos for Vectoramo during pre-production. We received good feedback on our pre-production work. We also conducted a few giveaways. At the beginning, I also edited the giveaway videos.
EVENT: At the start of the event week, we filmed the setup process. I filmed time-lapse videos of the construction from several different angles. During the early part of the event week, the video work consisted only of filming and editing time-lapse videos.
When the event began, we filmed everything happening at the event. We showcased information points, shops, and a “nyyppä” tour, which was only for organizers. During the event, we captured material from tournaments and setups. I managed social media during Vectoramo, sharing content from tournaments and events, and updated Instagram with information on when tournaments were starting and the current status of the tournaments.

EGOZERO ARC
PasiFest 2025 EGOZERO
This August, I took photos of two bands, PRC and EGOZERO. I was their photographer at a festival called PASIFEST. These are the pictures I captured there it was an amazing learning experience for me and a great opportunity to develop my skills.
PRC EGOZERO
”Burn it Down”
EGOZERO MUSICVIDEO
This was the greatest project of my life and i mean it. It felt like we were making a movie, building a story around this song. We listened to it about 200 times to create the perfect narrative. During the process, my PC broke and we lost all our progress it was devastating. But we never gave up. We realized we had to do it again, and oh boy, it was worth it. Just watch the video, and you’ll see why we put everything into this project.
I hope i can create music videos in future as well!
Northern Script ARC
Northern Script 2023
So far, this has been my favorite and most emotional film to make. It’s one of the best projects I’ve ever been a part of. In this short film, I was the cameraman and also created a strong storyboard, which helped us later in the production. We lost 50% of our materials due to a glitch, which was tough, especially with our strict time limit. No matter what happened, we were determined to finish our film. This journey was incredible, and I learned so much about filmmaking and the creative process. I hope you enjoy my first-ever short film.
Northern Script 2024
I participated in the 2024 Northern Script short film project. My role in the short film was as the Editor.
This Shortfilm is about burn out mother who has no time for her kids, she battles depression and being drained out.
The short film was screened at the Oulu Children’s and Youth Film Festival on November 23 at Valve.
Story writer is Cynthia Fahlman Nielsen

2022
First Day, Big Challenge, Big Win
It was 2022, and it was my first day at a local media company. On day one, I was handed a daunting task: create an ad from scratch. I had almost no experience, but I wasn’t alone luckily, I had a few team members to collaborate with, and I was put in charge of filming and storyboarding.
As soon as the script arrived, my mind started racing with ideas. I could see the visuals before anyone else; I sketched out the storyboard, and we jumped straight into filming. Every shot, every angle, every frame came together with energy and creativity.
When we presented it, both our boss and the client loved it. What started as a nerve-wracking challenge became a triumphant first-day success and a project that showcased my creative vision and ability to bring ideas to life.

My First School Work
Audiovisual Project
Our group worked seriously on an audiovisual project, and the theme was Christmas, aimed at children. We created a video about an elf and his story in the media industry. In the video, we explored different media-related jobs and what it looks like behind the camera.
Group
Our group included Olivia Nyholm, Valtteri Turusenaho, Satu Pietilä, Sanni Kadenius, and Sofia Breilin.
My work was Cinematographer, Lighting, Sound and Social Media Video
Project Process and My Responsibilities
I handled the filming and photography on my own, in addition to managing lighting and directing.
As the cinematographer, I created the storyboard and filming plan. This went smoothly until we started filming, when no one wanted to follow the storyboard, which frustrated me a little since everything had been carefully planned. Editing the video and posting our social media video went well, with only minor issues along the way, which is normal. Filming went smoothly despite the cold weather.
Successes
I feel I succeeded quite well overall. There were problems, but we overcame them. I think I performed best in filming and creating the social media video.
What I Learned
I learned how important a storyboard is and how crucial it is to respect it during production; otherwise, things can fall apart. I also learned new editing techniques by taking inspiration from online videos, and for music selection, I drew inspiration from my favorite series for the social media video. Lastly, I learned again that you can never have too much footage only too little.
